People disappoints. It's true. For all i know i might have. There're many things that'll disappoint somehow. It's how you take things in stride, how you reach out and face everything bravely that sets you apart.


As you grow up, as you meet more pple, suddenly you're forced to look at everything from another perspective. Suddenly you can't decipher between the good and the bad. The true and the fake.

The 3 weeks i spent in KR is wonderful. It's IBG season now and i like all the games and competition and stuff. I like my 4th floor pple, my seniors (not all though). They're a bunch of darn funny and witty pple. I like how we cried when we lost the 2nd vball match, how we celebrated and laugh like truly mad pple when we won the bball match etc...

But sometimes, everything just seems so superficial. It's like how i can just laugh and talk rubbish and joke and gossip and moan and sometimes, Sometimes bitch with everyone but something's lacking. I dunno wad it is, but something's just lacking. I like how everything is so low-commitment, i dun hang around a group all the time. I move ard easily with diff pple everytime for diff lessons, diff lectures. Diff stuff, diff grps of frens. Ok, i know wad it is. I don't feel belonged. There're just too many pple ard. It's like how you belong to every group that you end up feeling not belonging to any.


It's like how you feel lonely in a crowded room.



Somehow i haf the feeling that i'm neglecting a lot of other stuff. Other important stuff like family, old friends, studies, etc... My life seems to revolve ard hall. And just hall. I need better time-management.


Shiatz! i dunno wad i'm talking about. I'm very tired and i injured my knees very badly. I've been playing everyday non-stop for many many days. And i haf a tutorial due tomorrow morn. Ha.

Hahha, actually i dunno why i'm blogging now, cos its like 2am now, i have to wake up for netball training at 7am to jio everyone cos' i'm block captain of netball now. HAHHAHA! Wah, i haolian here! LOL!!

Haha, i'm like damn high now!! Today was damn fun. Actually, contrary to mfen's post (sorry mfen!) hahah, i tink everyday in hall is damn fun. HAHA! Ok, let me tell you abt my day today... Actually everyday is similiar, but ok, my day today....


Woke up fricking early at like 6 plus, come school and my mother help me change my bed sheets to this super nice and cute dinosaur one. LOL!! ok, then went for breakfast with her and come back slack for a while. Went for 1 lecture with candice, my next-door neighbour, fellow biz sequence 2 friend and other hall pple. Yep, monday, half thurs and fri is lecture with hall pple, then other days go with class pple. Nice division of time. Hahhha!


Anyway, went to look at 2nd hand books with class pple after that then debbie asked me out for lunch so lunch at the deck. And she's damn nice la... she say she'll help me go clementi bookshop buy the biz books coz another fren say textbooks there cheaper. Oh yah bun, you can go there to buy your textbooks, my fren say its slightly cheaper and they got free book wrapping. HAHA!
I'm super auntie la... hahha!

Come back hall, SLEEP!! LOL! super tired! Not long after, someone was screaming outside my door (mainly siewling, senior vball cap, living opposite me)jio-ing volleyball.
Yay, training at SRC! And oh-my-gosh, both my hands are like super orh che and SWOLLEN!
My 2nd time play volleyball la, and i keep making mistakes and the competition is like on wednesday!! and today is like monday going on to tues!


After training, its dinner time!! Wah lau, i want to complain, we were a BIT late and the stupid canteen uncle keep saying close at 8. Wth!! Ended up eating dinner without rice. Hahha, only the dishes. But they taste so damn good today. Yes, you can see how hungry i am! HAHAH!!


Then OMG!! its freshman D-block initiation tonight!! Hahha! We were blindfolded, got buckets of cold water thrown at us, made to roll on the kitchen floor, touch 'shit' on toiletbowls, dig our hands INTO the toilet bowl, etc etc... HAHA! And omg, today, i was being carried up at least 1.7metres high up by a few guys and girls to send me thru a 'hole' to play this game. I was so damn scared i tell you. I was afraid that i'm too heavy then they all let go then i'll fall all the way which is like very very high up down. Omg!!
Oh, we learned the D-block song and sang it together. Hahha! Damn nice and touching la.. I dunno why, but singing one unique song that belongs to everyone there together seems to have such a profound effect. Its like singing the s'pore songs on national day. Hahha, ok wadever...

Yep, after that candice, me and yengling super kiasu! We ran and chopped the 4th floor toilets to pom pom. Hahha! Oh, and i'm damn happy. Yengling moved in today. She's my beatrix camp friend and initially she couldn't get in, EVEN witha recommendation form. (ps: see how difficult is it to get in... Must be smart and chio pple then can get in one... LOL! jking, jking!!)

Yep, then BLOCK SUPPER!!!
Walked to fong seng with several D-blockers and pig out! And i really mean pig out! I scared myself! LOL!! I had one onion cheese prata and milo dinosaur then ordered another mee soup and teh peng! HAHA! scary la...


Argghhhh!! i haf to be the earliest and jio everyone go training tomolo. Yucks! My senior captain not doing anything! oops!! Hahha!! And oh!!

IBG officially starts tomorrow!
I got sabo-ed so will be running 4 x 400m tomorrow. Hahha, come support!! LOL!!

It starts at 6pm and my lecture ends at 6pm la... So candice and i decided to act zai. Hahha, we'll wear track shoes, carry shoe bag, wear fbts to go lecture then chiong to src to run. Hahha!
Yep, i really ought to sleep now.


And maybe start reading my lecture notes. i HAVEN'T started! The past entire week was doing dunno wad stuff. Oh, i forgot to tell you! Hahha, i joined sailing. I went sailing last sat and its super cool man.. Hahha. Its like out in the open sea on a small sail boat, maneovering the boat against the current and the wind. Damn zai man... LOL!! super exciting!!
Its to fulfill a childhood dream, smth like you know, pirates of carribean 3, at the last part, johnny depp sailed in his little sail boat alone. Don't you tink its wonderful, to set out on an adventure, to explore the world on a little sail boat. Wow! exciting! If time permits, i might go and get the sailing license. Hahha!

I want to be in dean's list man.... LOL! Many pple in hall are in dean's list sia... Yeah, dear lians, let's help and encourage each other to work towards being dean listers and first class honours!! YAY!!

Hahhaha! Hmm.. let me update a bit on my life here, at the request of mfen and since my personal blog is as lively as a dodo. haha.


Ok, i shall blog abt hall camp and abit of O week since i only go a bit of it.


HAHA! hall camp is well... just like any other camp. LOL! If you've been to a camp, you'd know what i mean. Just cheers and games. And to tell you the truth, i'm getting real sick of it. The first is DAMN FUN!! the 2nd is STILL FUN and arts is so HAPPENING! the 3rd is ok, FUN, partly cos' bun is there to zhi high wif me! LOL! But now the 4th camp which LASTS TWO WEEKS and O week is getting a bit too tiring and sian.

I've been cheering the same stuff, playing the same games, making the same conversation starters like (eg:which fac are you in? which jc were you from? etc...) to many different pple for many times over a span of 2 months.

I talk crap until i feel like crap. Ok, sorry maybe i'm really tired. Hahha, i just end camp then had 2 grps of tution yesterday, then another 2 grps today, then meet up with a fren for dunch then now i've gotta pack my hall stuff and get back in time for supper with hall pple.
And saturday was so sad. Both KR and biz were at sentosa. Imagine all the fun! OMG!! but i got tuition! =(((((


This is getting depressing. LOL! But on the brighter side, i went to ikea and back to hall yesterday to move my hall furniture , rearrange everything. NOW MY ROOM IS LIKE SO FRICKING NICE!!! SO AWFULLY CUTE!!! Awwwwwww!
It's machiam like kindergarten/nursery room like that! LOL!

I'm really falling in love with my room. HAHAHHA!! Hey, lians, let's all haf a bash in my room! =D


Anyway, one of the highlight of hall camp is THE DATING GAME!!!


All the freshies haf to woo a senior. ie. the fresh girls gotta WOO A SENIOR GUY , guys woo a senior girl.



OMG!!! We're all expected to hang strepsils, boil liang teh, bake brownies/cookies, decorate their doors, write love letters to them to WOO them.

And we're expected to perform publicly to woo them too! LOL! Damn funny, i tell you. Looking at how some freshies woo the seniors. It's impossible to write them here but hahhaha!! It's really unbelievable. LOL!!


I was tinking abt how to woo my senior! LOL! I was tinking of playing "the moon represents my heart" on the piano and ask the whole og to sing while proclaiming my love for my senior date. LOL!

But the sad thing is, my eye-candy has a lot of pple gg after him la... OMG!! and one of them lives on the same floor as me! So how??? Competition sia!!
