today's my biao ge's 2oth b'day! we went to this uber posh canto restaurant at vivo to have dinner... it's called hei sei hui (direct translation: mafia) and in eng it's called Bosses Restaurant... damn cool right! the decor is like OMG friggin nice! everything is like posh-ly black! i'm such a dumb bell la took only 2 pics!

busy eating eating eating! but the place is rly nice... maybe i'll try and google it later to see if i can find any other pics of it!

the chairs are like plush black with super comfy cushions and all and the walls and bars are so beautifully and exquisitiely decorated! i'm so in love with the place. and the view is nice too, can see the merlion, cable car and bits of mt faber. heard frm the manager that there were fireworks yest coz it's the 1st anniversary of vivo! pity we missed it!

the food was okay... it's famous for it's duck. the soup was quite tasty too, the lotus super sweet! and they rly put lots of stuff in their soup to get the taste, it's kinda like the buddha jump over the wall like that. my aunts and grandma and mum were like busy discussing what theu have and they concluded that there was def dried oyster, cuttlefish, pig's skin, so herb thingy and lots more la! nice (:

the dessert was kinda cute, this bun (bunbun we all ate you! sorry!) with like some syrupy sweet stuff inside which spills out when you bite! yumyum. haha mine broke and everything spilled over the plate! what a pity!
haha but the total damage was quite scary.. adds up to approx $490 for 10 pple! quite i lot for the amt of food we ordered! think we're paying more for the ambience haha
but still it's a happy dinner! (:

and my ah ma said the dress i wore was nice la, like what she saw on a mannequin! so flattered!(:
